There is street parking located on Meridian Place. We also have underground parking located under the building.

You should wear clothing that allows the physiotherapist to thoroughly examine the injured area. If it is a lower limb, wearing or bringing shorts is a good idea, however we can lend you shorts if required. If it is a neck, back or upper limb, we provide gowns for our female patients, which allow the appropriate area to be examined.

No referral is necessary to see a physiotherapist if you are a private patient. However, if you have been injured at work and have a Workcover claim or have a Third Party injury from a motor vehicle accident, you need a GP referral prior to seeing a physiotherapist.

Please bring any investigations and reports (i.e.: X-rays, MRIs, operation reports) that relate to your injury. Providing this information at the initial appointment allows an accurate and thorough examination to be completed and the best possible treatment provided to you on the day.

Yes, if you have private health insurance that covers physiotherapy we can swipe your health card on the day of consultation and then all you do is pay the gap fee. The gap fee varies between health funds and depends on your level of cover.
HOW LONG IS THE APPOINTMENT?
HOW LONG IS THE APPOINTMENT?
The initial consultation is approximately one hour. Any subsequent consultations range between 45 minutes to one hour. However, if you need to be out by a specific time, let your physiotherapist know so this can be accommodated.
